At Raw Beauty Studio we ship to you from our Qld based or direct from our suppliers within one business day from receipt of your payment (excluding public holidays).

New Zealand, Canadian, United Kingdom and the United States Customers

For customers based outside of Australia, we may send your fragrance direct to you from our supplier to ensure the fastest possible delivery time. While products will come in the original product packaging provided by the manufacturer, this packaging sometimes varies from country to country. Consequently, you may notice slight differences in the packaging of a product you have previously purchased in your own country.

Your prompt and efficient delivery occurs with different courier options based on your location and the Customs Department as needed.  Your signature on delivery will assist to minimise delays and ensure prompt delivery of your order.  This practice is particularly important around busy holidays, such as Mother’s and Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day and the Christmas holiday period.

Your Address Details

Raw Beauty Studio will ship your order to any New Zealand, US, Canadian or Australian physical street address.  As your parcel will require a signature on delivery, it is essential that you provide us with your physical street address (personal or business) and not a Post Office box number.

Payment of goods

Payment can be made by PayPal, using the linked primary or delivery address.

Once your payment occurs, your order will then be processed and forwarded to our warehouse for packing.  At this point, no cancellations or amendments to your purchase can be accepted.

It is your responsibility as the purchaser to ensure that your delivery address details are accurate, before checkout. We will not act on PayPal messages should your delivery address change.  If making payment by credit card or direct bank deposit, the delivery address should match the cardholders address, thereby protecting both parties and avoiding any possibility of fraud. We will always use the address stipulated on your PayPal account unless otherwise advised.

Tracking of Your Order

You can request a tracking number from us, and once we have been issued it via the relevant company, we will make it available to you. You can track your order with the relevant courier company by using the Tracking Number on your purchase document.  Should your item not be received within fifteen (15) working days from dispatch, and your order cannot located with tracking, please contact us immediately to enable us to commence an investigation.

If your order has dispatched from our Queensland warehouse, please contact us via email or telephone, and we will contact the relevant courier company to track your item on your behalf. We will always endeavour to reply to your enquiry regarding delivery within 24hrs and will update you at that point even if we are still waiting on information which can sometimes occur, especially on weekends or public holidays in the relevant delivery location.

While we do use courier companies that offer live tracking of items, this tracking may not commence for up to 48hrs from the time of dispatch in some instances, and we ask that you, please allow this time when tracking your item/s.  When attempting delivery, if your address is unattended your driver will leave a Missed Delivery card.  To avoid having your order returned to sender, you should immediately contact the courier company or us to arrange delivery or collection. We will also attempt to contact you where possible to make you aware of the missed delivery and to arrange redelivery of your item to either the same address or an alternative one. Please note, that if the courier company used charges a redelivery fee, this fee might be passed on to you at our discretion.

Express Post

Because most perfumes have an alcohol base, fragrances are classified as a Class 3 Flammable Liquid, therefore under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code and Regulations, legally they cannot be sent by air, and this includes Express Post.  All perfumes must, therefore, travel by road, and carry with them a Consumer Commodities Dangerous Goods document.

Post Office Box Addresses

We will ship your order to any address in New Zealand, US, Canadian or Australia, and prefer the use of physical street addresses, either personal or business (please provide building name where possible.), due to our policy of obtaining a signature when delivery occurs.  If using a Post Office Box address, remember that your box is available to any key holder, and also that a name is still required from yourself, or your authorised representative, photo ID may also be required.  You should then acknowledge that the use of a Post Office box address could delay the delivery of your order. These delays can be as long as five additional business days in some instances.

Parcels Returned to Sender

If we are unable to deliver a parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or non-collection, it will return to us.  We will then attempt to make contact with you, the purchaser.  Your parcel could take up to fourteen days to be received by us.  You will then be responsible for an additional $10 shipping charge, and you will recieve a PayPal invoice for the extra postage charges. Your order will be cancelled if your new invoice is not settled within seven business days, and all costs incurred will be deducted before the issue of a refund.

Delivery Times

The majority of our orders ship via DHL,  FedEx Australia Post or Couriers Please because it is faster and more efficient to do so. A parcel ordered and delivered via these couriers will generally be delivered within 4-7 business days from the day of ordering and payment having occured.

In the event Australia Post is used please note that it can take up to 15 business days for delivery because every item sent via this method travels via road transport which naturally can slow the delivery process down.

Delivery times for the country and regional areas depend on the destination distance from our Qld warehouse or if sent directly from our US supplier.  Post Office boxes and remote regions, such as outback Western Australia, far north Queensland, outback Northern Territory and Australian Islands will experience longer delivery times.  Some isolated areas could take as long as fifteen business days for delivery.  Large volumes of delivery in November and December and other significant holiday periods could also result in delivery delays.

We ask for your patience and understanding during these times as we treat each order with priority, they process in the order in which they are received, and all orders dispatch within 48hrs of the paid order is received by us, with the exception of purchases received on weekends or local public holidays, which means they are processed on the next working day and again dispatched within 24hrs. We take delivery times very seriously as we like to get your order to you as quickly as possible and ask that you please take note of delivery times on all our items as clearly advertised.

Tracking information

Using both TNT, DHL and Couriers Please within Australia does allow us to use the option of live tracking, and you will be issued with a tracking number when these are available to allow you to track your item and its expected delivery date.

If you need to contact either of our courier companies during or after delivery of your item you may do so on the below numbers, or you may contact us, and we can either answer your enquiry or contact the relevant couriers on your behalf and will endeavour to reply to you within 24hrs. As stated above, this is on a case by case basis depending on the enquiry as.  Some enquiries will need further investigation by the courier company before they can provide us with a response, and therefore us giving you that response.

If your item has been sent directly to you from our US supplier, the article will need to have customs clearance before being delivered. This process should not slow down any delivery times quotes except in sporadic cases or at times of busy processing such as Christmas and other major holidays in the destination’s country.

Customs inspect approximately 5% of all orders to confirm that the contents match their documentation. If this should occur, the declaration/box will be noted. Orders under $1000 do not usually incur duty, however, if  orders do iccur fees the purchaser is responsible for this cost.
